BLM - Bering Sea Western Interior (BSWI) Resource Management Plan and EIS
The BLM is developing a new resource management plan to guide future management of 62 million acres of public land, 10.6 million acres managed by BLM in western Alaska. Further information is available at the at the project website.


BLM - Eastern Interior Resource Management Plan and EIS
The BLM is developing a new resource management plan to guide future management of 6.7 million acres of public land in Eastern Interior Alaska, including the White Mountains National Recreational Areas, the Steese National Conservation Area, and the Fortymile Area. This plan will also cover BLM lands in the upper Black River and the greater Fairbanks area.

BLM released the final RMP and Records of Decision on January 3, 2017. Further information is available at the project website.
