| May 21, 2013 - | As of December 31, 2012 the Bristol Bay Dual Permit Holder Regulation 5 AAC 06.331(u) is expired. As a result, Bristol Bay set gillnetters are not allowed to fish dual permits. The Shore Fishery Unit sent a letter on March 8, 2013 to all known dual DNR lease holders affected by this decision that outlined options available, click here to view the letter. If you hold two DNR shore fish leases that exceed the maximum allowed length allowed under your Limited Entry Permit please contact a Shore Fishery Leasing Representative. |
